In this Consent for Telephonic and Electronic Communications, the words “you” and “your” mean and include First Electronic Bank, Glow Financial Services Inc., and their respective successors, assigns, representatives, agents, and service providers. If I provide a telephone number or email address to you, now and in the future, I agree that I am giving my express consent for you to use that telephone number and email address for communicating with me about my requests for prequalified loan offers and loans, the origination and disbursement of my loans, and the servicing, collection, and customer service aspects of any loans I obtain from or through you, now or in the future (together, “Communications”). This includes Communications that you make to my mobile telephones and other wireless devices.
I authorize you to make these Communications and leave recorded messages and voicemails for me using live callers, automated dialing devices, automated email systems, artificial and recorded voice messages, ringless voicemail, and short message system (SMS) and text message systems. I certify that I am or will be the subscriber of any telephone number that I provide to you at any time, or a customary user of the device associated with the telephone number, who is authorized to consent to these Communications. I give my express consent for you to collect, monitor, and record the content of such Communications, my replies and responses to those Communications, and my telephone calls with you for risk management, compliance, and quality assurance purposes, such as to detect or prevent fraud or comply with the rules or laws that govern such Communications. I understand that you may include guidance in my written consents or certain Communications that I can follow to cancel or update my consent for those specific forms of Communications.
